7 Notes are Music
Videomapping and artvocacy
On the occasion of the G7 Agriculture and Fisheries summit (Ortigia, Syracuse, September 21–29, 2024), TRAMA created 7 Notes are Music, a video mapping project that transformed the facade of Palazzo Archimede in Ortigia into a digital work of art. Thanks to the support and collaboration of Poste Italiane, this audiovisual installation was on display throughout the event, celebrating the themes of sustainability and the enhancement of agricultural and fishing resources.
Through an immersive visual and sound narrative, 7 Notes are Music turned Palazzo Archimede into a virtual stage where images and sounds inspired by the beauty of agricultural landscapes, biodiversity, and the cultural traditions of the G7 member countries come to life.
The seven notes represent the seven G7 countries, which together compose a symbolic music of international cooperation. The installation opens with images from TRAMA’s institutional communication for the Ministry of Agriculture, Food Sovereignty, and Forestry, previously broadcast on national networks. The palace’s facade will be illuminated with the flags of the seven G7 countries in harmony with the seven musical notes. Lights and colors will create a choreography that tells the fundamental themes of the summit: from land care to sustainable innovation, from the preservation of heritage to the future of new generations. The video mapping reaches its climax with the projection of the G7 logo at the center of the facade. This powerful moment emphasizes the value of international cooperation and the shared commitment to protecting agriculture, fisheries, and, ultimately, our planet.
7 Notes are Music represents another step in TRAMA’s commitment to creating works that combine creativity, technology, and social responsibility, offering the public artistic experiences that inspire reflection.
